Leading up to the March on Wall Street South on Sunday, September 2, we will release at least one video each day featuring an organizer from our Coalition who lives, works, and calls Charlotte, NC or a nearby city home.
There are many different reasons from our own lives and experiences, and those of our friends, our neighbors, and our communities that have motivated us to help build the March on Wall Street South. Many of us have been organizing in Charlotte and the South for many years now, some of us are just getting active for the first time during this mobilization.
This video series will highlight our many motivations, our struggles, and the faces of the folks here in Charlotte and throughout the South who are leading our Coalition. Keep checking back each day for a new video, all of which will be posted on the new ‘Why We March’ section of our website.
